Baked! in Mcdonough, GA is looking for one mcdonough cashier to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 240 Keys Ferry St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

The Cashier is responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate customer experience. This role manages orders, handles payments, and ensures every guest feels welcomed while keeping the line moving efficiently during high-volume periods.

• Greet every customer with energy and professionalism
• Accurately take and input customer orders
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments correctly
• Maintain speed and accuracy during rush periods
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Ensure orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen
• Keep front counter, lobby, and drink station clean and stocked
• Assist with online and pickup orders as needed

• Fast and accurate order taking
• Positive, consistent customer interactions
• Keeps the line moving with urgency
• Minimal order errors and strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean and organized front area

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods

• Flexible availability (day, evening, and weekends)
• Must be able to work peak hours and busy shifts
