Experienced Medical Assistant

Minimum 5 Years of Medical Assistant Experience Required – Certification Not Required!

Temporary Assignment | $15–$16/hour DOE | Smoke-Free Medical Office

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant who can hit the ground running? We're looking for a dependable, compassionate professional to join a busy physician's office for a temporary assignment. If you have strong clinical skills and extensive EMR experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Assignment Schedule

Paid Training:

• July 20 – July 23

Assignment Dates:

• July 31 – August 5
• August 11 – August 21
• Possible extension based on practice needs

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for examination
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Update patient medical histories
• Assist the physician with examinations and procedures
• Accurately document patient information using EMR
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
• Perform other Medical Assistant duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Medical Assistant experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Medical Assistant Certification is NOT required
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
• Ability to learn office procedures quickly and provide seamless patient care
