As a Cook, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, preparing dishes to order while upholding the quality and consistency our guests expect. Whether you are early in your culinary journey or bring years of experience, you will have room to learn new techniques and take on more responsibility over time.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately, following established recipes and portion standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment before each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in line with food safety regulations.
• Monitor food temperatures and storage to ensure freshness and quality.
• Work closely with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to keep service moving smoothly.
• Communicate clearly about ticket timing, special requests, and inventory needs.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and reducing waste wherever possible.

What We Are Looking For

We value attitude and reliability as much as technical ability, and we encourage applicants from a range of backgrounds. A strong Cook brings focus, steady hands, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support. Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is helpful, though we are happy to train a motivated Cook who shows promise. Working knowledge of basic cooking methods, knife skills, and food safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move comfortably in a busy kitchen. Dependable attendance and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. A collaborative spirit and clear communication under pressure. Food handler certification is a plus, and we will support you in obtaining one if needed.
