Medication Technician (Med Tech)

Pay & Benefits

$15 - $18 per hour, based on experience
Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time available)

This position offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling. We have all shifts available , so you can work the schedule that fits into your life.

Medication Technician Responsibilities

Organize, administer, and document medications under the supervision of licensed nurses
Perform treatments and medication administration as ordered by physicians
Ensure accurate medication delivery while following all state and community guidelines
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Maintain compliance with Western States Senior Communities' standards and expectations

Qualifications

CNA certification
Registered Medication Technician (Med Tech)
Genuine passion for working with seniors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
