Pay rate - $30/hr
Overview:
Handle customer emails, calls, invoices, and statements.
Follow up on outstanding balances.
Process credits and account adjustments.
Maintain accurate records and customer data.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, 1 2 years of AR/collections experience, and 1+ year of MS Office/Excel experience.
