Customer Service Clerk III

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming catering calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding menu offerings pricing availability and order status.
- Take and enter catering orders accurately into the FoodStorm catering management system.
- Process order changes cancellations and special requests.
- Monitor and respond to catering emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Confirm order details with customers and assist with issue resolution.
- Coordinate with store catering teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Support online order management and follow up on customer requests as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions.
- Provide a positive professional customer experience on every interaction.
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years previous call center customer service hospitality retail or administrative experience.
- Candidate must have working knowledge of MS office email and teams.
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills including email correspondence.
- Comfortable with data entry and working in multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with catering food service or order management software is a plus but training will be provided.
This position is customer service and administrative in nature and plays a critical role in supporting catering operations across multiple store locations.
