A teacher’s aide (or paraprofessional) supports lead educators by managing classrooms, preparing materials, and working directly with students in small groups or one-on-one. They facilitate personalized learning plans, monitor behavior, and handle administrative routines to ensure an engaging educational environment. Available Hours Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM depending on grade level. Compensation Starting at $18/hr. Required Skills & Experience High School diploma is a must. Some college credits is preferred. Ability to successfully complete background clearances. TB Screening required. Department of Education Fingerprinting required.
