Director of UHNW Family Engagement & Enrollment

Alpha is hiring a Director of Parent Engagement to lead local efforts in Miami, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. You will own the parent side of the program, focusing on enrolling UHNW families, re-enrollments, referrals, and public advocacy to keep Alpha’s model intact. Half your time is outward-facing with partnerships and events, the rest handles escalations and precedent-setting for the network.
