Onni seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic, hands-on partner to General Managers, Executive Chefs and department heads across our hotel, restaurant, and F&B operations in Chicago. You will guide talent strategy across recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will lead labor relations compliance, analyze HR metrics, and partner with operations to manage costs, safety and training, while ensuring lawful employment practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Onni Group of Companies
