Technical Project Manager

This project will implement Supernova’s Securities-Backed Lending (SBL) platform and integrate it with existing lending, brokerage, and trust systems. The initiative will automate business rules, including underwriting and credit decisioning, define and apply system configurations, support organizational change management, and roll out the new offering. It will also replace the existing FastNet/Broadridge collateral-monitoring system. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a wealth-management lending platform. This individual will support and coordinate a technical delivery team comprising Solution Architects, Developers, Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, and Product Owners. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of lending-platform capabilities, including API integrations, automated underwriting workflows, business-rule automation, and third-party vendor tools. Manage the implementation and integration of the Supernova SBL platform across lending, brokerage, trust, and collateral-monitoring systems. Coordinate with software engineering, product management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, testing, and delivery-compliance teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Establish and oversee comprehensive testing strategies, plans, execution, defect management, and release-readiness activities. Translate complex business rules and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements and specifications. Communicate technical considerations, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to business and technology stakeholders. Identify technical bottlenecks, delivery risks, and program dependencies while developing appropriate mitigation and escalation plans. Facilitate Agile ceremonies using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies. Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine user stories, establish priorities, and track delivery milestones. Monitor project progress and delivery metrics using tools such as Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps. Coordinate change-management activities and support the successful rollout and adoption of the new lending platform. Influence and align cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment without direct authority. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. At least 7 years of technical project management experience delivering software solutions within banking, financial services, or FinTech environments. Extensive experience serving as a Test Lead or Test Manager on complex technology implementations. Experience delivering loan-origination systems, lending platforms, securities-backed lending solutions, or related financial technology. Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations. Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and delivery-tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of lending operations, financial regulations, information security standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage complex technical programs, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and third-party vendors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders across multiple functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
