Front Desk Officer

This is a customer service-focused position requiring frequent interaction with residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and property staff. The Front Desk Guest Services Associate must maintain a professional, courteous, and welcoming presence at all times and be able to stand, walk, sit, and monitor the property for extended periods.
The ideal candidate must be reliable, dependable, and committed to providing consistent service and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk. Because this position supports the property’s operations beyond traditional business hours, the selected candidate must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight/night shifts, as scheduled.
Punctuality, attendance, professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to remain attentive throughout the shift are essential requirements of this position.
