Production Technician

What you will do: Troubleshoot production equipment such as high-speed automated lines, different types of fillers, home-built machines, cartoners, inkjets, labelers, and laser marking systems Acquire the technical expertise to set-up each production equipment Work closely with the different departments to insure smooth start-up of the production lines Analyze, assess, and record any deviation or change in the packing processes Acquire the technical skills to disassemble, clean and re-assemble each production equipment Within time, be capable of creating new formats on the production lines Perform the maintenance of each packaging equipment following specific work instructions Use our CMMS system to perform periodic inventories of the spare parts Tidy-up and organize workshops and parts storage areas Occasionally re-work mechanical parts using power tools such as drill presses, angle grinders or thread mills What We are Looking For: Excellent technical skills Strong knowledge of pneumatic and electrical equipment in packaging processes Capabilities to adapt quickly and be opened to change Good communication skills and ability to describe problematics (oral and written) Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Demonstrate abilities to respect a schedule and prioritize tasks Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations Knowledge of CGMP , OTC and ISO 22716 standards 2-years technical degree or 3 years of experience (ideally in cosmetics, food & beverages, pharmaceutical) Your Crafted Benefits Package: 15 Vacation Days each year plus 14 additional paid days off (Sick/Personal/Holidays) Medical/Dental/Vision - 80% paid by Capsum 401k with company match of 4% Up to 15% bonus potential One offered lunch per week Position will start on day shift (7am - 3:30 pm) then move into evening shift in 2027 (2pm - 10pm) #J-18808-Ljbffr
