Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce - Sales/Services Cloud. Understand the architect, design, and guide advanced customizations utilizing the Salesforce sales/services cloud. Mentor team members in Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices. Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects within our teams and with clients. Designs and implements business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com. Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM. Lead a team of 12-15 individuals as a Salesforce Engineering Lead. Certifications must: Admin, PD1, PD2; Preferred: Sales and/or Service Cloud
