Fry is seeking a Dropship Mailing Coordinator to support the Dropship Mailing Manager with the coordination and processing of customer mailing projects. This position plays an important role in ensuring mail is processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
The Dropship Mailing Coordinator will work closely with customers, Customer Service, Distribution, and Production to coordinate mailing requirements and help ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with invoicing and billing-related tasks .
- Process dropship files and determine the most cost-effective mailing methods .
- Coordinate and process co-mail projects .
- Review and work with postal presorts, labels, and postal reports.
- Coordinate with Fry Production to help ensure mail is completed and ready for on-time shipping .
- Serve as a liaison between customers, Customer Service, Distribution, and Production .
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Prioritize multiple projects while meeting established deadlines and schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience working with PDF files , including the ability to edit and manipulate documents.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines .
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with employees at all levels and with customers.
- Basic knowledge or experience with AS/400 systems is preferred.
- The ability to learn and understand postal presorts, labels, reports, and mailing requirements .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, dependable team-player attitude .
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
