We're looking for a General Manager who treats the restaurant like it's their own. You'll have the autonomy to build your team, drive your results, and create a guest experience worth coming back for. What You'll Do

• Own daily operations end to end: service, standards, systems, and culture
• Hire, train, and develop a team that performs with or without you in the room
• Drive sales growth and execute strategies
• Manage budgets, labor, and P&L
• Maintain uncompromising standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Set the tone every shift

What You Bring

• 3+ years of salaried management experience in fast casual or full-service
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills that work at every level
• Solid command of scheduling, budgets, and P&L
