Private Client Services and Deed Specialist Attorney

Job Overview This position is an opportunity to work closely with the Firm's Trust & Estate Planning practice, handling all aspects of transactions involving the transfer and acquisition of real and personal property in connection with estate planning projects. Responsibilities Acquire and dispose of real property. Review real estate documents for risk analysis. Draft tax‑efficient structuring and analyze tax implications. Handle title and survey matters. Prepare formation and authority documents for beneficiaries or acquiring parties. Provide transactional support to other Real Estate and Land Use clients, especially in local counsel review and opinion work, and to the Private Client Services group generally. Manage real property held in trusts or other investment vehicles. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of real property. Proficiency in reviewing real estate documents, risk analysis, drafting, title and survey matters. Experience in tax‑efficient structuring. Experience drafting formation and authority documents. Experience with real property held in trusts or investment vehicles is a plus. Admission to the State of Washington required. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, superb written and oral communication skills. Benefits This is an hourly, non‑partnership track position with competitive compensation of approximately $155 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
