Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy warehouse team. This position will support daily outbound operations, including picking, staging, consolidating, loading, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Interview: Required

Dress Code & PPE

• Pants or shorts must have belt loops
• Steel-toe shoes required

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to orders and warehouse procedures.
• Stage completed orders in designated areas.
• Consolidate products and orders for outbound shipment.
• Load materials and products safely for shipment.
• Verify products and quantities for accuracy before loading.
• Assist with outbound warehouse operations and ensure orders are prepared on schedule.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the picking and loading process.
• Keep work areas, aisles, and staging areas clean and organized.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily outbound goals.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous picking, staging, loading, or outbound experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Must have reliable attendance and be dependable.
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently.
• Ability to accurately pick, stage, consolidate, and load orders.
• Must be safety-conscious and follow warehouse procedures.
