Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Katy, TX .

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: PART TIME - Monday-Friday 11 PM - 5 AM
Steel-Toed Shoes Required


Responsibilities

• Load trucks with materials according to work orders and schedules
• Verify load accuracy, weight specifications, and product type before dispatch
• Operate loadout equipment such as conveyors, loaders, pumps, or automated systems
• Monitor loading processes to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues
• Inspect trucks and loading areas to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance
• Complete required documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Ability to lift 10-40 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
• Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Strong attention to detail when verifying loads and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors
• Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to operate loadout equipment and follow proper operating procedures
