Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Systems Admin to join our multi-tenant hostingteam. As a member of Epic’s hosting team, you’ll be responsible for Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) into the Hosted SQL Server databases for Epic’s customers, and you'll also help to ensure that our customers are successfully able to mine through that data using Epic's own analytical applications and other reporting tools used in the industry. Ensuring quick ETLs and data integrity is paramount to success. You’ll work closely with Epic’s customers to help them with their reporting needs, ensuring that reports complete in a timely manner and issues are resolved quickly. You’ll apply your technical knowledge and problem solving skills to determine the best ways for some of the country’s largest healthcare organizations to upload, download, and make use of their large data sets within Epic’s data warehouse. By helping to provide them access to this large pool of data, you will be part of a larger effort to transform patient care through better use of the data that these large organizations already have.
