Our client, a leading provider in the technology industry, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sacramento, CA (Cal Expo area)

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• This position is office based and is not remote. You will report to the worksite/office daily. This is an onsite position.
• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with questions regarding customers products, features, specifications, and operations.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues.
• Provide guidance on product setup, maintenance, and best practices.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
