SALES ASSOCIATE

Duval Ford is seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Associates. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to demonstrating vehicle features, providing quotes, and closing sales. Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to confidently sell vehicles and dealership products Professional appearance and demeanor Meet and maintain sales goals aligned with dealership standards Strong organizational and follow-up skills Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features, capabilities, and technology Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features Provide accurate pricing quotes and explain purchase options Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads Maintain professional appearance and deliver a high level of customer service Previous automotive or retail sales experience, preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits offered 401(k) Paid time off and holidays All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test and be able to present a valid drivers' license.
