What You'll Do:
As a Patient Concierge, you will:

- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Manage incoming phone calls and patient communications
- Help patients understand and navigate their appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and teammates to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Assist in keeping schedules productive and organized
- Be a trusted resource for patients throughout their journey with us

Tuesday 8am-4pm
Wednesday- Closed
Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-2pm
