Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine business requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute project plans.
• Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and provide status reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Prepare and maintain project management documentation and artifacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Gain a deep understanding of business operations and project objectives beyond schedule management.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong project management background within a healthcare insurance IT environment.
• Experience with project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
• Experience managing project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
• PMP or PMI certification.
• Experience working on healthcare claims processing systems.
