Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Trust & Estates Paralegal to join our well-respected client in the Rochester, NY area. This role is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. Please apply today if interested!

Responsibilities:

• Administer estates and trusts.
• Prepare accounting, estate, gift, and income tax returns.
• Prepare petitions, waivers, and other court-related documents.
• Handle electronic filings.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal, writing, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor; ability to work independently in a highly confidential environment.
• 3+ years of Trusts and Estates experience.
• Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Paralegal certificate (or a combination of work experience and education will be considered)
• Strong financial skills (experience providing support in accounting, commercial real estate, financial advisor, or brokerage environment) may be considered in lieu of the experience listed above.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, and a strong aptitude with other Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity with various tax or accounting software programs is a plus.

Additional Information

• A hybrid work schedule may be possible after an in-office introductory period
• $70,000-$100,000
