Project Manager, Paterson, NJ. Manage renovation projects from permitting through closeout, coordinating regulatory submissions & working with city agencies to secure approvals & keep schedules on track. Perform digital quantity takeoffs to support estimating & material planning. Review change orders, update cost & effort estimates, produce breakeven analyses. Develop project initiation documents defining scope, goals, schedules, execution plans using Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD. Support procurement of suppliers & subcontractors, track progress, proactively resolve field conflicts to maintain efficient workflow. Wage: $130,000/yr, 2 weeks PTO and 2 weeks paid vacation.
