Digital Marketing Analyst

Description YOUR ROLE: Full-time position supporting the execution, analysis, and optimization of our international email marketing program. This role manages campaign operations, coordinates with cross-functional partners, analyzes performance, and contributes to testing, targeting, and personalization initiatives designed to improve customer engagement and business results. YOUR IMPACT: Support the execution of daily email campaigns across international markets and customer segments. Develop campaign documentation and deployment instructions for cross-functional partners. Manage email proofing and quality assurance processes to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency. Coordinate audience segmentation and requirements with data partners. Support email template enhancements, personalization efforts and other optimization initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and overall productivity. Analyze campaign results to provide actionable recommendations. Support testing initiatives across content, audience targeting and deployment strategies. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow efficiency and campaign execution.
