JOB TITLE : (P) B52 Aircraft Structures Fabrication - Level B LOCATION : San Antonio, TX PAY RATE : $31.00 - 33.00/hour Job Details Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension) Industry: Aerospace / Defense / Aviation Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (Cigna) Perks: Bonus potential + Priority access via Tier 1 supplier network Responsibilities Perform aircraft structural repairs and modifications on B-52 aircraft Work with sheet metal, drilling, riveting, sealing, and structural installations Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals Use aircraft structural tools such as rivet guns, drills, countersink cages, and torque wrenches Troubleshoot and repair aircraft mechanical and structural components Assist with inspections, maintenance activities, and component replacements Follow safety procedures including FOD prevention and Lock Out/Tag Out requirements Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, and support team operations as needed Requirements Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under ITAR regulations) Minimum 1+ years of experience working with non-porous metals such as aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel Minimum 1+ years of experience interpreting schematics, specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures Experience using aircraft structural hand tools including drills, pancake adapters, hole finders, countersink cages, and rivet guns Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds and work in confined or elevated spaces Ability to read, write, and comprehend English Must be able to obtain and maintain required certifications and training Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer.
