Looking for a role where you can manage purchasing and inventory in a dynamic warehouse environment? Join us in Wylie, TX, as a Warehouse Inventory and Purchasing Clerk with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
In this position, you will be responsible for purchasing and receiving all project materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting warehouse operations by moving, loading, and unloading materials. Your role is crucial to keeping warehouse processes efficient and organized, working 7 AM to 4 PM with contract-to-hire status.
Job Details
- LOCATION: Wylie, TX 75098
- POSITION: Contract to hire
- SCHEDULE: 7AM – 4PM M-F
- PAY: 18.00hr

Responsibilities
- Purchase and maintain all project materials
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Load and unload trucks following shipping and receiving procedures
- Move materials within the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Skills in inventory control, shipping, and receiving
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to safety
- Team player with a positive attitude
