Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and enriching Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our compassionate imaging team. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations including abdominal, gynecological, vascular, and obstetric imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly explaining each step of the process
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, addressing any issues promptly
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within our electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preference for completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• Preferred: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• Strong technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques along with patient positioning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
