Qualifications and Requirements RVT or equivalent certification 1+ years of experience working as a Vet Technician Proficiency with surgery, anesthesia, diagnostic imaging and dentistry Venipuncture and IV Catheter Placement Vaccine and Preventative knowledge Medication dispensing and administering Collection and analysis of lab samples Efficiency and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment while keeping a keen attention to detail Core Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the medical team and under the direct supervision of the Veterinarians to execute patient treatment plans Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients, clients and coworkers - great things happen when everyone works together Maintain a positive, supportive team approach at all times.
