Controller | Cannabis Manufacturing & Production What You'll Be Doin Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, including month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting Develop and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial workflows to support continued growth Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business planning Deliver meaningful financial reporting and KPIs that improve operational visibility and decision-making Support ERP optimization, systems implementation, and process automation initiatives Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and executive leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team as the organization scales Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry-specific financial requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal control Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing environments ERP implementation, optimization, or systems integration experience Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skill sPreferred Background CPA preferred Experience in cannabis, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or other regulated industries Familiarity with complex inventory environments and operational finance Knowledge of cannabis-specific accounting considerations, including 280E, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr FlowerHire
