Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions geared towards managing anxiety, depression, grief, and other common challenges among seniors.

• Provide specialized grief and loss counseling for seniors facing end-of-life issues, ensuring they and their families receive the necessary support during difficult times.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
