Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) – Weekend Afternoon Shifts

Location: Woolwich Township, NJ 08085

Schedule:

• Saturdays: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM

• Additional weekday hours may be available based on your availability and agency needs.

Employment Type: Part-Time

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for a client in Woolwich Township, New Jersey .

This position offers a consistent Saturday afternoon schedule, with opportunities to pick up additional weekday hours if desired. If you're looking for meaningful work, a supportive team, and reliable scheduling, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare light meals and assist with hydration.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care.

• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan (no medication administration unless permitted by law and company policy).

• Observe and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office staff.

• Complete accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

Applicants should have

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

• Reliable transportation to client assignments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and activities of daily living.

Required Pre-Employment DocumentationBefore beginning employment, applicants must provide or complete:

• Active New Jersey CHHA Certification

• Government-issued photo identification

• I-9 employment eligibility documentation

• Current TB screening (completed within company requirements or acceptable alternative documentation)

• Physical examination meeting company requirements

• Required immunization documentation (including MMR, if applicable)
