Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Opportunities Available

Schedule: Days, Evenings, Overnights, and Weekend Opportunities

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience, qualifications, and client assignment)

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients throughout Sewell and surrounding Gloucester County communities .

Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Certified Home Health Aide, you will:

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients in their homes.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.

• Prepare light meals and assist with hydration needs.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care.

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan (no medication administration unless permitted by law and company policy).

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

• Communicate with the care team regarding client needs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.

• Valid identification and employment eligibility documents.

• Reliable transportation to client assignments.

• Compassionate and dependable approach to caregiving.

Ability to provide respectful and professional care.

Before beginning employment, applicants must provide :

• Active NJ CHHA certification.

• I-9 employment eligibility documents.

• TB screening documentation (2-step PPD or acceptable alternative according to requirements).

• Physical examination documentation.

• Required immunization documentation, including MMR if applicable.
