Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $33.50/hour
- Pay Package: Paid weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do
- Create, organize, and maintain medical records, files, logs, and documents and ensure confidentiality.
- Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare inventory reports.
- Assist with referral coordination and transfer of medical records.
- Support the preparation of routine medical and dental reports.
- Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with sign-in/out logs and record security protocols.
- Support clerical tasks related to patient records and administrative documentation.
What You Need
- Current eligibility for ICE clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Prior experience with medical records, clerical work, or related fields preferred.
- Ability to organize and maintain confidential records accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures is a plus.
