Change Manager

Job Summary
Our client, a financial services provider, is seeking a Change Manager to support technology and business transformation initiatives within a highly regulated enterprise environment. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Product, IT, and Risk teams to drive successful change adoption through communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a change management professional looking to gain experience in a complex, fast-paced organization while supporting high-impact initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational and technology-related change initiatives
• Develop and deliver stakeholder communications and messaging plans
• Assist with training strategy, readiness assessments, and adoption activities
• Identify and address change impacts, risks, and resistance points
• Partner with Product, IT, ESM, and business teams to ensure successful implementation of changes
• Create presentations, reports, and change management documentation
• Track change management metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Support multiple concurrent projects within a complex, matrixed environment

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of change management, organizational change, business readiness, or transformation experience
• Experience supporting technology, digital, or operational change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to navigate large, cross-functional organizations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience creating communications, training materials, and adoption strategies

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other large enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) or IT-related initiatives
• Experience supporting product implementations, system integrations, or digital transformation programs
• Exposure to change management methodologies and best practices

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $51.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
