Sales Representative- Pharmacy

Pharmacy Sales Representative

This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, developing new business, and driving revenue and growth targets within an assigned pharmacy territory. The position requires willingness to travel as needed to support accounts across the territory.

Sales & Account Management

• Manage and grow key accounts within pharmacies, healthcare networks, and related customer segments.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Own lead generation, lead follow-up, and account management activities.
• Willing and able to travel as required to support accounts within the territory.

Operations & Reporting

• Provide daily activity and analytical reports to leadership.
• Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and target achievement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales experience.
• Proven success in account management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, analytical, and CRM management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred

• Experience in pharmacy sales, specialty pharmaceutical sales, or related healthcare sales settings.
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and the broader pharmacy customer environment.
