TB Medical Records Clerk 1

Document Imaging Clerk to work 3rd Shift, and train/pick up shifts during 2nd shift. Ongoing assignment, 2 weeks' notice of termination/completion.

Primary Function: To ensure that documents are properly prepared for scanning and to organize charts in date order to scan. Additional responsibilities include chart retrieval, death log, front desk duties.

Requirements:

Clerical experience required
Working knowledge of computers
HIMD / Medical Records experience
High school diploma
