Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create customized treatment strategies aimed at achieving their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy techniques and strategies that empower patients and their families at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Document clinical outcomes and revise treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on a path to success.

Education & Certifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuous learning opportunities and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licenses

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
