Job Description:
State Farm Rain Guo Agency is looking for insurance agent who is interested in a long term employment and career. This Office Sales job/Insurance Account Manager is combined with the job duty of Customer Service and Sales role.

*Responsibilities*

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to assist client's insurance needs;
• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service and utilize it as a basis for establishing and maintaining good relationship between customer s and the Agency;
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

* Requirements*

• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• People-oriented, Positive personality.
• Detail oriented.
• Goal-oriented & self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills in written, listening and speaking
• Insurance Sales experience is a plus
