Senior Customer Service Representative - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative - Onsite for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a 18+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves maintaining direct contact with customers both before and after the sale to ensure positive relations. The representative will support the sales team, work with various departments to meet service goals, and resolve customer issues related to production, shipping, and warranty claims within a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale
• Support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations
• Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals
• Respond to pre-sale customer inquiries regarding product literature and pricing schedules
• Respond to post-sale customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.)
• Resolve production scheduling, shipping, or invoicing problems
• Determine the validity of warranty claims and schedule repair resources
• Recognize new business and add-on business opportunities

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 or more years of experience
• Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training
• A good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks
• Ability to work within well-defined procedures and guidelines
• This is an onsite position, 1st shift (Core Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm M-F)

Pay range: $9.14 - $19.14 per hour
