Subcontract Administrator

About the Role Position: Supply Chain Manager (Onsite). Location: Westford, MA (US-MA-WESTFORD-WFD7). This role requires U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain the necessary export authorizations. Department: Raytheon Global ISR Sensors & Software. The position supports operations by managing the supply chain to ensure program success. What You Will Do Prepare subcontracts and support documentation in accordance with departmental policies and FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations. Handle international procurements and suppliers, including submitting compliant RFQ/RFPs to obtain pricing. Perform cost and price analysis and assist with technical assessments of supplier proposals. Administer subcontracts for all program phases: business development, capture strategy, pre‑solicitation, proposal, award, post‑award, and close‑out, including negotiation and documentation. Manage complex high‑value subcontracts from supplier selection to RFP/RFQ submission, proposal receipt, analysis, negotiation, PO documentation, and monitoring of supplier issues and delivery. Support major business proposal initiatives by requesting, analyzing, evaluating supplier proposals/quotations, and negotiating fair and reasonable prices. Ensure compliance with program, FAR, and subcontract terms and conditions, and participate in continuous improvement events. Coordinate with internal customers (PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.) and work closely with suppliers to monitor delivery commitments and ensure contract delivery dates are met. Travel: up to 10% international and 15% domestic travel may be required. Immediate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Five years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with at least three years of relevant experience). Experience with FAR/DFAR/ITAR regulations. U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Word. Strong negotiation and risk‑mitigation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and self‑manage. Preferred Qualifications Experience with international procurement and suppliers. Team oriented; active participant. Strong problem‑solving skills. Experience monitoring supplier delivery commitments. Ability to work closely with internal customers (PM, Engineering, Quality, etc.). Knowledge of advanced contract types and complex high‑value products. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
