Working closely with leaders across product management, engineering, operations, and finance, you will help shape business strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making. Our team is committed to creating long-term value through economic thinking, principled entrepreneurship, and a collaborative approach to solving complex business challenges.What You Will DoProvide concise and insightful commentary on business performance, key drivers, opportunities, and risks.Translate financial performance into actionable business insights that drive profitability improvement initiatives.Develop financial scenarios, strategic analyses, and decision-support models to guide leadership.Lead revenue forecasting and partner with demand and supply planning to ensure accurate signals to manufacturing.Support evaluation of customer opportunities, new product launches, footprint optimization, capacity expansions, and strategic investments.Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data quality initiatives by leveraging Snowflake, Power BI, and other tools to improve decision-making and visibility.What You Will BringStrong analytical, economic thinking, and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively. Clear, concise communication with both finance and non-finance audiencesOwnership mindset: organized, deadline-driven and accountable for quality without close supervisionComfort with change, competing priorities and evolving processes in a fast-moving businessA collaborative working approach and genuine interest in improving how work gets doneWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Progressive experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, operations finance, or business partnering roles.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex data.What Will Put You AheadExperience supporting a global business unit or product line.Experience partnering with product management, engineering, or operational leaders to drive business performance.Experience working across global teams and manufacturing sites.Proficiency with Snowflake, Power BI, and other analytical tools.Experience with forecasting, capital investments, profitability analysis, or strategic finance initiatives.For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
