Sr. Site & Service Manager - Global High-Tech

What’s in it For You You’ll join a growth company offering a competitive base salary, bonus structure and benefits A company vehicle and cell phone A long term, advancing career path in service, sales or management Access to the industry’s most innovative training programs Support from a dedicated technical service team A culture that values safety first, including training and personal protection Pride in working for a company that provides clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments What You Will Do Provide oversight to Nalco’s service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements Plan and schedule work, supervise technicians, coordinate the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensure that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed Communicate effectively with Nalco sales team and District Management regarding SOW execution, project support, and service team performance Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewals and aid in the business development process in the retention and extension of contracts Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan Manage 2-3 direct reports (field service technicians) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Five years of technical operations and water treatment experience Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs Possess a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operations Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systems Territory/Location Information This position will support two large sites based out of Fargo, ND & Rosemount, MN (~250-mi radius) Targeted accounts are within the Data Center market Occasional weekend and on-call work to cover emergencies during off hours Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total Compensation range for this position is $93,800-$140,600 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
