Key Responsibilities Prospecting, creating, and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities Effectively manage territory Execute successful sales campaigns Provide activity reporting and progress toward objectives to leadership Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales production goals within the assigned market Maintain productive partner relationships with key stakeholders and bank partner This position involves direct client engagement, including in-person meetings with clients and prospective partners 3-4 days per week. While operating autonomously, the role requires a strong in-person presence and must reside in or near SF Bay Area; Oakland, CA; Dublin, CA; San Francisco, CA or a surrounding community to effectively support the territory. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and comfortable working with Korean-speaking clients and partners, providing culturally relevant financial guidance and support. Compensation package provides an annual base, sales incentive program and mileage reimbursement Candidate must reside in or near SF Bay Area; Oakland, CA; Dublin, CA; San Francisco, CA or a surrounding community to align with the territory coverage needs.
