- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus. * Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general office facilities.
- Support document management, reporting, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and office administration.
- Help organize meetings, events, and company activities.
- Support budget tracking and other basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative office environment.
- Assist with other administrative projects as needed.
