Payroll Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be part of the Business Services department supporting payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: White Plains, NY Pay Range: $38 - $40/hr Shift: Monday through Friday, 7.5-hour workday with 0.5-hour unpaid lunch What's the Job? Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Vantage, ensuring compliance with legal requirements Maintain employee files and process changes to employee master records in ADP Serve as a point of contact for payroll processing, errors, corrections, and stakeholder concerns Implement payroll adjustments, retroactive payments, and final payments Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the time & attendance system, collaborating with HR and Accounting to ensure data accuracy What's Needed?
