Job Title Registers Nurse (RN) Supervisor Overview Focus Health Network is adding Weekend Warriors. Salary New rates! Starting at $48 per hour. Shift Type Double shifts every Saturday & Sunday (Monday thru Friday off, unless you choose to pick up additional shifts) Single shifts every Saturday & Sunday, plus two single shifts during the week. Example: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday singles weekly. 3 12's Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Work the contract Doubles, the 4/5 singles, or 3 12's — get paid an extra shift free. See HR for details. Key Duties Oversee the nursing staff and ensure all residents receive high‑quality care according to their individual plans and state regulations. Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education. Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions. Perform other job‑related duties as they become required. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN license in the state of PA. CPR certification required. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. We’re an equal opportunity employer.
