location: Cupertino, CA/ Austin, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.

Tasks performed:

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team - Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
• Uphold Data Integrity - Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met
• Plan & Execute Research - Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
• Develop & Approve Protocols - Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
• Collect & Analyze Data - Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
• Communicate Findings - Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
