A skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider in the New Port Richey, FL area is seeking a Hospital Marketer who thrives on relationship-building and knows how to turn hospital partnerships into admissions. This role focuses heavily on building visibility with local hospitals and maintaining consistent referral flow into the facility.

Responsibilities:

● Build relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral partners.

● Maintain a consistent presence within local hospitals.

● Generate referrals that support census growth.

● Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless referral process.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development.

● Skilled Nursing or post-acute experience preferred.

● Existing hospital referral relationships are highly preferred.

● Comfortable making regular hospital visits and developing new referral partnerships if you don't already have an established network.
